About Dr. Natasha Mehta

Dr. Mehta received a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science with a minor in Nutrition from the Ohio State University. She graduated with a medical doctorate (MD) from Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. She completed residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R or “Physiatry”) at Rutgers-NJMS/Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation and practiced in New York for a couple of years before returning to complete a fellowship in Brain Injury Medicine at the University of Washington. In an effort to learn more about how lifestyle factors into health, she completed a certification in Lifestyle Medicine through the American Board of Lifestyle Medicine. She has continued her medical education by completing additional courses in interventional ultrasound, neuro rehabilitation, dystonia and spasticity management.

Dr. Mehta works with people who have had orthopedic or neurological injuries to help them optimize their ability and enhance their quality of life. She collaborates on a team with surgeons, neurologists, sports medicine doctors, pain doctors, primary care doctors, therapists, and trainers to help people reach their goals.
